Feed 5000 is a Holiday Meal Box Program that Food for Hope partners with ThornCreek Church on to provide 2,500 Holiday Meals to families in Adams County, CO. Each box contains shelf-stable foods and a gift card for produce. These boxes are distributed through our relationships with local schools and school districts. We ask our local community to come together and support these boxes, support a local family this holiday season for $35.
